Time and me...

There is a time,
when all I want to do is being selfish,
to enjoy my time by being lazy,
and think only for today...for myself.

Time is consuming me...
Or perhaps, it's news that consume me?
News that filled all my precious time?
When I can see things with different eyes?

I saw children grew up,
So fast and unbelievable...
I saw my grannie fighting to keep her old spirit,
So slow and unbelievable...

May be I should stop thinking,
Stop looking around,
Stop voicing my voice,
Just sit, relax, and meditate...

Time is consuming me...
I can feel it gripping his teeth into me.
Hurrying me to do all the errands,
Bothering my mind to quit my meditation...

Time...
I need you but I also become your servant,
Scheduling all the tasks,
Remembering all the important things...

There will be a time when there is no more time for me,
Yet, others will still enjoy theirs.
And all those memories can be kept or fade in time...
Memories of our togetherness, the time and me...

I'm the one who's being grateful for your kind appreciation John. I've never been confidence in my poems. I wrote poems since my childhood. Once I send some of it to a children magazine, and it was never published. Since then I keep it all to my self. Poem is a very personal part of me...I won't have the courage to post it all.

Nice Poem to realize our nowadays value.. Honestly I post in my own blog some articles which is failed to be post in a community bulletin.. We need a media which we can explore our ideas altogether with our hope- that it will be useful for others :)

Don't stop writing...

Thank you Inge,
I would like to continue writing, but I also need to balance my schedule between my passion to write and to do the "real work/service" for my family, communities, or in paid work (as we do need to think about surviving the economic needs too).
Keep your blog writing too...it will help to find all the beautiful aspects of yourself!
